June 6 2004

Czech newspaper Pravo [used to be communist propaganda machine Rude
Pravo - Red Right] published an interesting article on May 28 this year.

According to this piece of "journalistic excel" Czech government is debating
possibility that the leading circles of this NATO allied country will have to take
protective measures in case of natural disaster, military aggression or
a terrorist attack.

Plainly said, Czech "anti-communist dissidents" in power are actively looking
for a bunker where their government "of people, by the people and for the
good of the whole" would survive.

Article says directly, that the Czech Interior Ministry and Czech Defense
Ministry are actively considering measures that will require a constitutional
amendment in Czech Republic and it should include smaller group of people
ruling the country in case of emergency.

But according to Czech Defense Minister Miroslav Kostelka, there is no
projection of a major military conflict involving Czech Republic in the
foreseeable future.
But they need a bunker.

How serious the situation really is then ?

What are the Czechs worrying about since they are our "trusted NATO ally"
that they are looking for a hide-out where the government will keep
functioning in "case of emergency" ?

Czech Constitution says in paragraph 43 article 4:

(4) The government shall decide on a dispatch of Czech military forces outside the
territory
of the Czech Republic and on the presence of foreign military forces on the
territory of
the Czech Republic for up to 60 days at most when they concern

and in paragraph 43 article 5 b:

5) The government shall also decide
a) on the passage or fly of foreign military forces through/over the territory of the
Czech
Republic,

So what we have now is a NATO country allowing foreign "unspecified"
military forces to enter Czech sovereign territory and it can be done
by the ruling party's cabinet according to the Czech Constitution.

It shouldn't surprise anyone that Czech Republic military has been submitted
to countless budget cuts and our NATO ally wouldn't be able to fulfil any
obligation to our alliance at this time even if they wanted.

Time has come to question these practices and the people in charge of such
practices should answer for them.

KGB lieutenant colonel Vladimir Putin and his military machine are holding
their dirty little secrets in places like
Yamantau Mountain.

According to PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF H.R. 1119, NATIONAL
DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998 (House of
Representatives - June 19, 1997) SENSE OF CONGRESS ON NEED FOR
RUSSIAN OPENNESS ON THE YAMANTAU MOUNTAIN PROJECT,

we can read the following:

(4)
Reports indicate that Russia has been pursuing construction of a massive
underground facility of
unknown purpose at Yamantau Mountain and the city of
Mezhgorye (formerly the settlements of Beloretsk-15 and Beloretsk-16)
that is
designed to survive a nuclear war and appears to exceed reasonable defense
requirements.

(5) The Yamantau Mountain project does not appear to be consistent with the
lowering of strategic threats, openness, and cooperation that is the basis of the
post-Cold War strategic partnership between the United States and Russia.

Our perception of reality as free people is flawed, we see communists as
friends, we give them a chance to get our technology and credits and we
somehow expect communists to function as nothing happened during the
Stalin's show trials, terrorist training camps, narcotics trafficking, secret
assassinations of political prisoners, murders of innocent people by forced
famine, Gulags, brutal oppression.

All we see is money pouring in from these "now democratic" ["former"
communist] countries as their labor is still cheap and the euphoria of
"democracy and freedom" still probable as much
as we would like to think it is.
Wishful thinking has no limits if used by fools and ignoramuses
or promoted by enemy agents inside our very government.

We are trusting people who were actively involved in the communist terror,
we believe for some [still unknown to me] reasons that communists are
people with good intentions and that they will see that thru goodness of
heart person can become honorable and trustworthy.

We are totally forgetting the ideological aspect of these "anti-communist"
changes in Eastern Europe, we are forgetting that communists are murderers
and brutal oppressors and that they would never give up their power
without a genuine fight.

So when Moscow thru the communist Gorbachov, later another communist
Yeltsin and now thru KGB lieutenant colonel Putin all pretend to be our
friends but meantime nuclear bunkers are being build in all over the Eastern
Europe and Russia, can we not ask the question :

How long before the communists decide not to be "our friends" and go back
to their evil ideology of World domination of communism ?

In case of Czech Republic and her "anti-communist and freely elected"
government, we can only assume that those nuclear bunkers Czech "elite"
politicians are so actively seeking now, could be easily found in places where
they are already build - I can help the Czech government to find at least one
such bunker, it was build by communists in my very home town, I can even
give these people directions how to get there in case of "natural disaster".

When president Bush shakes hands with Putin during the up-coming summit
in Europe, there will be one man who will hand out his hand in friendship and
one man who will use that hand shake for his own political purpose -
communism.

And to think that such purpose will not be fulfilled and that Russia, our
trusted ally, will remain as such till the end of time is pure madness.

Communist ideology dictates to fulfill the task and the hunger for power has
never changed nor died in a communist heart.

We can see that such evil will try to prove that our worries are substantial
and true.

Our time is running out yet this is still not recognized and will therefore be
paid for by American blood instead.

One time I was passing thru a small Wisconsin town River Falls.
And there it was, a sign, a memento from God we might say.

Written by hand on the brick house wall the sign said:

"Money and pride will not save us.....!"

As the sadness comes to heart by the departure of president Ronald Reagan,
one must ask a question:

"Could we have done more than just trust but not verify [long] enough ?"

Time will tell, but don't wait too long to find out.......
