It goes like this - fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice - shame on me.

Now replace the word me with the word America and you have your answer in much greater, and at the same time more dangerous perspective.

When a country is accepting honesty and word of honor from people who not only never had one, but still have none, then what you call such

country ?

Or perhaps when people blindly accept what they are told, just because honor is expected from those who stand on the opposite side, that again is nothing but a total disregard for truth, it is a recklessness of the worst kind because the entire nation's well being is at stake.

When therefore we are faced with, to America unprecedented difficulties, we will have to look back and realize that our blind trust in the word of honor, when such word is given by communists and related criminals, is what must be rejected on principle, based on what the communists stand for [terror, murder, tyranny..], but also we cannot possibly allow ourselves to negotiate with these people, never ever that is, because they are using the state status of their countries as a convenient and most necessary cover, and most of all they cannot ever be trusted to fulfill and keep what they promised.

Anybody who says otherwise will learn the price of such fallacy soon....

Russian fraud in Eastern Europe

In Part 1 we have presented the facts surrounding some of the people who were involved in the peaceful "collapse of communism" in Eastern Europe, namely in Czechoslovakia.

There are many other names involved in this KGB-GRU-CPSU operation called Perestroika, but to save time we have to look at the schemes they constructed, or rather were ordered to carry out by their bosses from Kremlin.

After the "1989 Velvet Revolution" in Czechoslovakia KGB and GRU

cadres were already prepared to immediately assume their positions

in the leadership of the country. Such people were in strategic places, namely the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Interior, but also the Ministry of Finances and Foreign Ministry.

Their names and biographies are very significant because most of them were involved in the Stalinist terror in Czechoslovakia during the 1950s,

and some of these servants of Moscow were also either direct Russian sleepers or born in Russian family which was "relocated" to then democratic Czechoslovakia before or even after the WW2.

So their deeds are to be expected to further [and protect] the Russian communist plans and nothing else.  This includes most of the kind of "transfers" of money from these Eastern European "former" communist countries to the center of all [evil] happenings - Moscow.

What the Russians are doing with such money we don't have to ask twice - their war preps are visible and their covering up of these military build-ups is not to be accepted - or we will pay the price for it.

First we can start with the present Czech Prime Minister Jiri Paroubek,

a one time candidate for status STB communist agent [code name Roko]

during the openly communist era - and he denies any kind of co-operation of course [right ....!]. 

Paroubek, according to his biography, used to hold high level communist nomenclature position as one of the managers of the huge state [and the only] company Restaurants and Dinners, he worked directly in its Prague's Headquarters.  That alone used to be a job position that only communist cadres were able to get - remember, the Party is always watching.

Paroubek also served [during the openly communist era] as a high level official of the communist approved National Front member party - The Socialist Party. That again couldn't be possible for anybody who wasn't a communist..... It is very interesting that in the recent personal biography Paroubek doesn't mention these important facts in his life - and for a very good reason.......

After the "collapse of communism" - in 1996, while assuming position as the City of Prague Economy Secretary in the City Council, the Prague government was in debt

by 10 Billion Czech Crowns [at that time exchange would be $ 350 million].

After Paroubek's departure to Czech Socialist Government of then PM Stanislav Gross as Minister for Local Development, City of Prague deficit was astonishing 40 Billion of Crowns [U.S. $ 1.4 billion !!!].

Where is the money nobody knows but we can surely suspect that based on various Paroubek's  "unintentional" mishaps during his work for the communist state Restaurant company, there are no doubt several reasons why he could've been in legal trouble during those years and why nothing has never happened to him.... that is why he was "only" a candidate for co-operation with the STB.....

[Again, the communist dossiers of these people are strictly off limits, as the published document proves - ed. note].

This simply not only means that there is substantial reason to believe that compromising data on Paroubek is available, but most likely he's is willing

co-conspirator in the Russian [and Czech] scheme to cripple the natural economical growth of this "now democratic" country to the point for the communists most desirable - they will have their most needed money for the Russian military build up, no culprits will ever serve a day in prison for these crimes and corruption, and the Russian etc. communists can publicly [carefully till the right time comes] declare that capitalism is not working and that it is necessary to go back to "what the people were used to".....

But this Paroubek's case is just a tip of the iceberg....

The "Coupon Privatization" scheme

To think that Moscow only figure out the way how to rob Eastern Europe blind just after the Perestroika fraud was implemented, is nothing further from the truth.  Russians were robbing Czechoslovakia long before that and the Czechoslovak communists had to obey orders - or else.

One of the main people who are responsible for these "privatization" schemes is Jiri Skalicky, born 04-26-1956 in Czechoslovakia. His father was a high level communist military officer in the Intelligence Service of the General Headquarters of the Czechoslovak Peoples' Army - the so called ZS.

This service was one of the highest decision-making centers of the communist state, and of course fully subordinate to the Soviet GRU military intelligence.

It is therefore of no surprise that Jiri Skalicky, alongside with the alleged KGB cadre Vaclav Klaus [his real name supposed to be Pruzhinskiy.....]

and other people from the Czech Ministry of Finances and Ministry in Charge of the National Wealth, of which Jiri Skalicky was the boss in charge, all of these people caused the Czech Republic to end up in financial problems and economical difficulties.

It was Vaclav Klaus who addressed Czechoslovak émigrés in Melbourne, Australia during his visit, and his speech is very characteristic of the whole "true intentions" the KGB and related communist vermin had with the stolen property of people who defected from Czechoslovakia.

Klaus, at the time Czechoslovakia's Finance Minister, had a press conference in Melbourne on 07-28-1991, and this is how much demagoguery this alleged KGB agent offered :

....Today generation [in Czechoslovakia - ed. note] will have to pay restitution for what has happened in 1950 [ed. note: Klaus means the communist confiscation of all private property...].

This is a mistake to think that the restitution will be taken from somebody who was in 1950 a Provincial Party Secretary.

 

This is a mistake to think so, it will be paid for by the today generations living in Czechoslovakia. Somebody who lives here [in Australia] for 30, 40, 20 ... I don't know how many years, has 3 houses here etc. and is asking from somebody in Czechoslovakia something back, that will not come from communist leaders of Czechoslovakia, he's asking it from all present time Czechoslovak taxpayers.

We are in revolutionary times of total political, social, economical changes - please understand, we are not even

able to organize this [the return of stolen communist property

to its rightful owners - ed. note].  What you are saying here

- you live in average 20 years in Australia - well, I will attack

you - what you all are saying here is bolshevist thinking.

....

Socialism and communism was founded on the principle that something was always being confiscated or taken away from people, that something was taken from one's hands and given to another's.   Our task is to produce values.  If we cut the pie just somewhat differently, we won't produce anything....

[Ed. note - Klaus summoned it up. No property that was stolen from defectors - and prominent communists and communist cadres own it

now - was ever returned to the rightful owners - communists don't give property back, they only steal more....keep reading please !].

The "Coupon Privatization" was a KGB organized fraud from the beginning.  

The Czechs prepared this process for the purpose to safeguard the communist state property and wealth, so people not under the communist control could never lay hands on it. But most importantly this money was needed to finance various Russian military and espionage operations, including most of all the 1990's and recent rampant build up of Russia's military strength.

This of course was prepared long in advance. The same communist

agents, always under full control of the KGB,  who were for decades working in the STB Secret Police Directorate charged with sending finances to Moscow, including most of all western hard currency - the money from communist narco-trafficking operations, legitimate business fronts in the West, "financial services" operating directly under communist control etc., the same agents were involved in this Privatization fraud, and this money are being subsequently used for financing of terrorist, espionage and subversive Moscow "peaceful" operations in the United States, Western Europe, Australia, South America etc.

It is estimated, just in the case of Czechoslovakia [now Czech Republic] that this privatization fraud between 1990 - 2000 cost 2,385 billion of Czech Crowns which would be about U.S. $ 91 billion ..... [and this might even be much lower figure than the true amount is......].

So how did it work ?

Czech Government, fully controlled by Moscow agents and under Moscow orders, prepared a scheme that in fact robbed Czech citizens of their money and safeguarded the "formerly" communist money for Moscow.

The Government offered a $ 35 "coupon book" to every citizen. These coupons could've been exchanged for stocks in the Prague Stock Market [controlled by "former" communists and communist agents].

One of the involved culprits was one Viktor Kozeny.

According to the Fortune Magazine article :

Each Czech citizen was offered the chance to buy a booklet of vouchers for $35, which he could then tender for shares in the newly privatized companies. But after 41 years of communist rule, people were deeply suspicious of government-promoted capitalism; few were willing to spend a week's salary on some scraps of paper.

To a born promoter like Kozeny, this situation screamed of opportunity. He quickly set up a group of closed-end mutual funds, which he called the Harvard funds, and made an outrageous guarantee: If people turned over their vouchers to him, he would pay them ten times their money if they wanted to cash out after a year. He pitched this guarantee brilliantly, with a Western-style advertising blitz that included slick TV spots urging Czechs to entrust their vouchers to the fund "with the American name." Incredibly, more than 820,000 people did exactly that.

Kozeny would have to come up with the $200 million or so that would be required to make good if his investors cashed out en masse. The game Kozeny was playing had more to do with his access to inside information. Kozeny had wonderful new friends in the Czech government; he regularly played squash with the Interior Minister, for instance. And his government consulting work would also help give him the inside track in identifying the most valuable state-owned assets.....

[Kozeny's] Harvard funds collected enough vouchers to give

him control of more than 15% of the Prague stock market. He then astutely swapped those vouchers for stakes in 50 choice companies. When the funds began trading, their value multiplied by more than 20 times. The market value of

Harvard's assets ballooned to $1 billion.

But Viktor Kozeny, as will be explained bellow, was not to be successful,

it wasn't his money he was dealing with, but the communist money.....

Fortune Magazine reports:

.....Not surprisingly, Kozeny's frenzied wheeling and self-dealing crippled some of the companies and devastated the Harvard funds, which lost 80% of their value. (The funds are now in liquidation.) The episode shattered investor confidence in the country as well. "Foreign investors wrote off the Czech Republic, in very large part due to what Kozeny did," says Richard Wood, a Prague-based investment banker. Kozeny was eventually fined $37,000 for securities violations and forced to repay $6.8 million to the Harvard funds.

 

[Ed. note: When we accept the fact that Kozeny was so successful and "all of a sudden" he doesn't have the money he should have, where is the money..... ? He couldn't loose it all by accident.....He was meant to "loose the money", they are now where they were meant to be from the beginning.......]

So who is Viktor Kozeny ?

Viktor Kozeny was born on June 28, 1963 in Prague in the Communist Czechoslovakia. Kozeny's father was physics specialist and died in 1971.
Viktor's mother Jitka six years later remarried to a literary critic Kvetoslav Chvatik.

Viktor Kozeny is the grandson of Stalinist general Frantisek Stehlik, who served in the Czechoslovak General Staff of another Stalinist Communist thug Alexei Cepicka, by the way a son in law of the first Czechoslovak Communist President Klement Gottwald - a true personal friend of Stalin.

[Alexei Cepicka and his general staff were running the Communist Czechoslovak Army the same way as Gottwald and Stalin were ruling

their countries - with an iron hand.]

Kozeny "defected" from the communist Czechoslovakia in 1980 as a 17

year old. He joined his handball team on its tour to France and didn't

return.His mother Jitka Chvastikova-Kozena, daughter of general Stehlik, "defected" with her husband - Kozeny's stepfather, after they sold their house in Czechoslovakia and bought a car, and they left for West Germany the same year as Kozeny "defected" to France.

This is absolutely impossible to achieve for anybody not connected to the Communist Party or the communist secret police.

Ordinary people didn't get permit to leave the country for any capitalist country, not the whole family, and people were not able to sell their property prior to such departure [as the Kozenys were able to do] and

still make it across the border.

So they were meant to leave, this was a lift of communist agents to the West, Kozeny is one of them.....

Viktor Kozeny joined his mother and stepfather in West Germany and within two years [in 1983] he went to the United States and was accepted

at the Harvard University (!!!) where he received BA in economics and commercial law. Kozeny later left the United States for London, UK

where he worked for about six months for Robert Fleming investing firm.

Kozeny was allegedly fired from Fleming for incompetence [ed note - a convenient information, but is it true ?].

In April 1990 he returned to the "free" Czechoslovakia with $3000 on hand.
While 27 years old Kozeny was hired by the Czechoslovak Ministry of Finance (!!!) as an advisor to Dusan Triska, one of the fathers of the

so called "coupon privatization" - in reality the communist takeover

of the privatization process in the "free" Czechoslovakia.

STB agent Dusan Triska was born on April 14, 1946. His STB file number is allegedly 7704. Triska could be regarded as one of the most important communist agents in "democratic" Czechoslovakia.

Former Minister in charge of privatization process in Czechoslovakia

Tomas Jezek doesn't remember ever seeing Kozeny in the Czechoslovak Ministry of Finance. Triska remembers Kozeny very well.

According to Triska, Kozeny had "some advice" regarding the economic laws as he was advising [then] Minister of Finance [and now Czech president] Vaclav Klaus. [The KGB wants to keep and eye on everything...]

Triska: "Kozeny joined the Ministry of Finance in May 1990 and he

was 'helping' in creating the financial laws and the corporate laws in Czechoslovakia. (These laws did not include the public disclosure law...

- ed. note). Mr. Kozeny stopped with us at the time when the president's office called us about Kozeny as he 'offered his help' to the president Havel."

Kozeny was involved in total 16 companies. One of the "former" STB

agents who worked for Kozeny is Ivan Kralik, directing officer of the

legal department of the Communist Czechoslovak president Gustav Husak,

also Boris Vostry, born 08-25-1948. Vostry was regarded as one of the best communist agents of the Czechoslovak Federal Ministry of Interior during the openly communist era [and after...].
 

Kozeny : "We are employing many people who were working for the communists in various government offices and departments of the [communist] police.

Kozeny's firm Victoria Security Printing, that employed "former" STB

agent Boris Vostry, was involved among others in printing money for various governments, according to sources this printing firm also received an order from Iraq to print Iraq's money in 1992. This illustrates that Kozeny had connections to Saddam Hussein's government at that time.

It was reported in 1995 that Viktor Kozeny had access to Czech

top secret intelligence data and top secret files because he worked as an "independent auditor" in Czechoslovak Federal Ministry of Interior since 02-01-1991 till 12-31-1991.
 

Kozeny was even hired by the Interior Ministry, according to sources, as an advisor, had all top secret clearances [category A], he received his own intelligence service car with its registry # 39 and his Security ID # was 0530. Such security clearance allowed Kozeny to enter any building of the Interior Ministry and any of its offices.

Then Interior Minister in PM Vaclav Klaus's cabinet Cermak was

very good friends with Kozeny as they used to play squash all the time. Kozeny's "achievements" were praised by Klaus himself several times, Kozeny met Klaus personally and used to chat with him all the time.

Czech section of The Euro Magazine informed about Kozeny's alleged cooperation with the KGB. He was for once allowed to rob almost the

entire state resources of Czechoslovakia through his companies and he's also allegedly involved in scheming several foreign investors, as we can read in worldwide press. His assets were frozen in the United States

and Britain. Courts are investigating him in various countries.

During the 90s Kozeny asked Ireland to grant him a citizenship.
 

Irish TV reported that Kozeny was [is] allegedly involved with the KGB.

Viktor Kozeny, a Czech-Irish financier could be stripped of
his Irish citizenship he acquired in 1995, on charges that he
may have been a Soviet communist secret police agent, as
reported by Irish Television and the weekly magazine Euro.
Irish Television claimed that Kozeny collaborated with the
Soviet intelligence service KGB in the 1980s. Kozeny helped to
promote the coupon privatisation scheme in the Czech Republic
in early 1990's and became notorious for his stock market
speculations.

Czech government "followed some FBI sources" that say that Kozeny may have been contacted by a KGB agent. This agent offered Kozeny to pay for his studies on Harvard in return for his cooperation.
 

Official statement : "This alleged Kozeny's cooperation with the KGB was not proven and Kozeny denies any involvement with any intelligence services."

[Yes, we know. Moscow communist files are still off limits......]

So who then paid for Kozeny's Harvard studies, who paid for his massive advertising campaign in the Czech media about his Harvard investment fund [as was reported Kozeny might've spent estimated $300 thousand

on this campaign alone].

Another interesting member of the Stehlik-Kozeny family is Kozeny's uncle Vladimir Stehlik. He was born on 01-11-1944 and is registered with the STB headquarters [!!!] as an agent under the code name "Mountain Climber" with STB file # 8080. [According experts this is very low number which means that Vladimir Stehlik must've joined the STB during the 60's !!!
 

He went to study to Moscow.

[This means that he should be regarded as a GRU-KGB cadre -ed. note].

Stehlik was assigned to follow U.S. Ambassador in Czechoslovakia at the time.  Stehlik was interested in mountain climbing and so was our Mr. Ambassador. The STB had it very easy then, top agent keeping an eye on American top official in the Communist Czechoslovakia, pretending

to be a friend of the Ambassador. Later, after the so called "revolution"

in 1989 Vladimir Stehlik "acquired" the biggest Czech steel company

Poldi Kladno.

This company's assets were later [as family tradition or the Russian GRU-KGB directive dictated] stolen or transferred "to Switzerland" [or to Russia] by Stehlik but according to our sources he was never brought to trial for embezzlement, and the company had to be reorganized and sold to foreign investors. In his interview for the communist newspaper Rude Pravo [Red Right] Stehlik one time praised his "good times in Moscow".

Stehlik, Kozeny and any other such communist agent, were never brought to justice for these corruption and embezzlement crimes. Not in Eastern Europe, nor in Russia. The money were never theirs to steal in the first place - these are communist money......

Conclusion

The scheme is simple - former state run companies were "sold" to known communist agents, preferably to the KGB assets in the Czech Republic,

of which number could have reached estimated 8000.... [source]

Then these companies were "tunneled", which means the loans that were given by the still communist run banks were never repaid and the companies' assets were stolen. People lost their jobs, but only temporarily because new market hungry and by the Perestroika fraud blinded foreign investors moved right in and "bought" [or so they think....] these bankrupt companies.

The scheme of course works and some of these companies, the more strategic ones were sold to various "western people", who are in reality

long term KGB and GRU agents, and the pretending western ownership could therefore help encourage more genuine western investors to come in and ....be robed by the communists when the time is ripe for it....

Meanwhile Moscow has the money and open door to conduct the military war preps in full, which includes building of the nuclear bunkers, advanced missiles and other high-tech weaponry, and of course Moscow's financing of various Russian "Islamic terrorist" operations etc. All of it is designed to destroy America and our freedom. That is the ultimate communist plan.

So now you know why capitalism and free market economy can never be implemented in Eastern Europe - the communists are running the show and they don't want it that way. They only want to control the World forever.

Freedom of people is not what these criminals are interested in, not at all.

God give us the strength to learn from our mistakes and stop dealing with any communist, once and for all. Our very lives and liberty, the very survival of our country depends on it.
