Rice fiasco

Home

Let no man deceive you with vain words. For because of these things cometh the anger

of God upon the children of unbelief. Be ye not therefore partakers with them. For you

were heretofore darkness, but now light in the Lord. Walk then as children of the light.

For the fruit of the light is in all goodness, and justice, and truth; Proving what is well pleasing to God:

And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

For the things that are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all

things that are reproved, are made manifest by the light; for all that is made

manifest is light.

The Epistle of St. Paul The Apostle to the Ephesians, 5:6-13

Is being radical off limits today ? Is telling the truth, based on facts and concrete data, too much to swallow for some ? Is it too radical to call somebody a traitor ?

Such questions will be answered today in this extremely important

publication. In my previous endeavor when I tried to explain why

we shouldn't trust Miss Condoleezza Rice and rather promote her

immediate dismissal from her high level Secretary of State post,

I had no idea that in time I will have much more damaging data about

Condi, and that, it will make this first piece I have written about her,

pale in comparison.

I had realized that her book, which she wrote in 1984, about the Soviet Union

and Czechoslovak communist Army is of great interest because precisely

for my already strong suspicion of this "learneth" woman.

The strongly pushed promotion in various media for Rice to run for president

in 2008 also played a role in my decision to get her book reprinted [$ 123],

and to be able to start the un-easy job of reviewing her "Sovietologist

analytical self-establishing", to gather my wits the best possible way

and alas, fruits of such work are coming by itself - so please, dear reader,

forgive this little promotion of my primary intent and let us begin.

The Soviet Union and Czechoslovak Army [1948-1983]

- UNCERTAIN ALLEGIANCE

Overall review

The book's subtitle is misleading for there has never been nor is never any

so called 'uncertain allegiance' among the comrades, for who wants to rule the World with the communist brutal hand cannot have enemies in his own camp.

Such enemies are dealt with severely and therefore people rather learn

to obey and follow the path without questions than to be sacrificed ...

On one of the first pages Rice put this kind of thanks note:

To Josef Korbel, in memory of his love for Czechoslovakia

This statement is again seriously misleading. In my first publication about Condoleezza Rice I presented the serious facts surrounding Josef Korbel

and his essential role in orchestrating the signing of the Czechoslovak - Soviet Union agreement of "friendship and co-operation" in 1943, when this exact agreement was the opening door for Stalin to destroy the freedom of Korbel's native Czechoslovakia.

Korbel was one of the main people responsible for this fiasco. There is

no surprise that in her book Rice puts the blame not on Korbel and his Czechoslovak Foreign Ministry[1], but on then Czechoslovak president

Edward Benes, as she quotes her also several times later used source

-  Korbel's own book !!! [2]

Benes only followed the recommendation of 3 people from the Foreign Ministry:

Josef Korbel, Pavel Kavan [a communist] and Jan Masaryk, later murdered after

the communist coup in 1948 by allegedly Soviet secret services.

In the part "The Historical Foundations of the Relationship between the Party

and Military in Czechoslovakia" Rice is dropping yet another historical lie,

which only serves the Russian communists [page 31] :

The Polish prewar officer corps was practically decimated by the war with Germany and by the liquidation of eight thousand officers in the Katyn Forest late in 1945.

This above quote is a lie.

The year and the [by Rice] implied German involvement in this most hideous murder of elite Polish military officers are not true.

It was the Stalin's forces and later Soviet NKVD who murdered these officers so that

Poland could be open for Russian controlled communist takeover after the war

ended....this was in fact done, after a brief civil war in Poland and this Catholic

nation was swallowed up by communist.....

Rice, as we get to see more frequently, doesn't bother to mention this at all - is she

protecting the reputation of Russian communists ?

CIA source material and many other historical data confirm that it was

the Russians themselves, and not the Germans, who murdered these

Polish POWs. [3]

Regarding the WW2 Czechoslovak partisans, Rice is again misleading

the readers by asserting a total lie [page 40-41]:

"The Slovak and Czech partisans were few in number but heavily infiltrated by the Communist Party members. [Czechoslovak] Resistance was never as pervasive as in other Eastern European countries and the movements that did operate were dispersed and poorly organized.

Only the Communist party maintained its organization and structure and spent considerable energy proselytizing among the partisan fighters and the population." [4]

The overall "understanding" of the Soviet communist policies

and Czechoslovak military issues which Rice offers in her book

is quite astonishing - without ever explaining the true nature

of communism, its evil goals, and the vast use of deception

in any possible way, Rice is using mostly Russian and

Czechoslovak communist media sources for reference, and also,

sadly, Rice in key places uses known communist agents, cadres

and the communist press as the "truth tellers"....

The book itself is therefore promoting only Soviet and Russian communist

propaganda and as such, the use of communist lies and strategic deception

is not by coincidence applied by Rice.

According to countless examples, which we will present here, Rice not only

fails to explain the true reason why she wrote this book, she is actively

covering up the true nature of the Soviet long-term policy toward America

and as such, Rice is seriously enabling the Soviets [today our

"Russian strategic partners" in the war on terror] to divert and

pacify America's foreign policy toward communism for years to come.

This book in fact allows for several direct lies in regards to true intentions of the Soviet Bloc, it helps to cover the truth about communism and at the same time actively promotes the Soviet deception and communist aggressive anti-American foreign policy of the Russian Federation, formerly the USSR.

Serious issues

1) Czechoslovak Legions

Rice states clearly, in regards to the heroic period of Czechoslovak Legion

fighting the Lenin's Bolsheviks during the 1917 and on period.  This Rice's "historical view" becomes a pathetic approach to such communist obvious

lies in regards to the Legions true background and the true reason why these soldiers were fighting the Bolsheviks, when for example Rice says the following  :

The ensuing events, which resulted in the transfer of Czechoslovak allegiance to the anti-Bolshevik  forces, are clouded in both Western

and Soviet accounts. Eventually, the Bolsheviks began hindering the advance of the Czechoslovaks and there were frequent conflicts between them. Soviet and Western sources, of course, disagree about the cause of these tensions.

According to communist sources, Red Army commissars agitated

so successfully among the Legionnaires that reactionary officers and soldiers broke off and started fighting the Bolsheviks. The Legion was beset with defections and many young soldiers were won to the Soviet side. This is also the account that appears in the biographies of communist officers whose first military experience was with the Legion.

Western accounts also cite communist agitation as the cause of disturbance and claim that Czechoslovak professional soldiers, disgruntled by communist proselytizing, gradually turned against

the Soviets.

Whatever the case [!!!], relations between the Bolsheviks and the Legion rapidly deteriorated. [5]

This is an outrageous lie ! Rice trusts the Soviet accounts more, as she suggests

in the next chapters, these tensions in fact were the background of the "Soviet distrust" in Czechoslovakia and caused the "split" between these two

communist countries.

This is how gradually Rice uses this obvious communist disinformation and perception of "disunity" inside the Soviet communist bloc, which in fact is

totally outrageous to claim, because such disunity never existed nor would

ever be permitted and tolerated.

Rice's assertions about the heroic anti-communist Czechoslovak Legion is

what shows, who she is really for, and how much she is willing to accept her communist sources and never present to the readers that the truth coming

from communists can never be regarded as such....

The numerous atrocities that Bolsheviks and Czechoslovak

troops committed against one another must have been difficult

to forget. This was the military legacy of the soldiers who

constituted the professional officer corps in interwar

Czechoslovakia.  It is a heritage that casts some doubt on

the consistently argued point that there was no cause for

anti-Sovietism among the army personnel of the interwar Republic.

The true reason why the Czechoslovak Legion was fighting the Bolsheviks

is not what Rice presents, but the fact that while Czechs were living for

about 300 years under the Habsburg Austrian Monarchy, and many such bad

Catholics didn't want to live under such rule; several of the WW1 soldiers were

reluctant to fight for the Austrian Empire in the war.

These soldiers were defecting to the Russian Czarist military forces not knowing

what kind of communist terror the upcoming 1917 Bolshevik revolution will

bring...

Russian Bolsheviks, after the 1917 bloody communist revolution, were not willing

to release these Czechoslovak Legions, their units were ordered to disarm.

The heroic fight and victories of the Legions against the Bolsheviks paved

the way for these units' return home to Czechoslovakia, however some

of these people remained in Soviet Russia, namely those who believed

in the triumph of communism.

These heroic fights against the Bolsheviks are to this day one of the most

heralded by the ordinary Czechoslovak people, as it also came to account

that many of these Legionnaires were later persecuted by the communists.

The historical accounts of the role of the Legions are clear. Rice is not

willing to present them.

2) The Stalin era

Rice is considerably misleading the readers into believing various sources,

among which are people again with communist and KGB background.

Their "true statements" regarding the Stalinist era in Czechoslovakia only

present what the Soviet deception allows to present - Rice is asserting

clearly that known Stalinists have been "forced" to cause the political

purges during the Stalinist period in Czechoslovakia.

Page 63:

All East European satellites were vigorously encouraged

to unmask anti-Soviet, bourgeois nationalists in their own parties.

---

The most substantial effort against the "nationalists" was launched

in Hungary....

---

[The] Hungarian party secretary Matyas Rakosi, asked Gottwald

[ed. note: Stalin's right hand and first communist president and leader

of Czechoslovakia after the communist coup of 1948] for the arrest of several Czechoslovaks whom the Hungarians did not trust.

Gottwald resisted [!!!!], but increasingly the Soviets and Poles joined

the Hungarian attack, claiming that Czechoslovakia was not vigilant in dealing with "Titoists" in the KSC [ed. note - Communist Party of Czechoslovakia].

Starting in 1949 and continuing through 1951, Czechoslovakia reportedly was repeatedly rebuked, called the weak link

in the socialist alliance, and told to pursue anti-Soviets more diligently.

But the most important reason that Czechoslovakia was the

weak link was the country's unprotected and unsecured frontier.  [6]

Rice is again not explaining the situation and truly tight control of the Czechoslovak society by the communists. While at this stage of her book

it may seem as a minor mistake or omission, in reality when reading

the entire book this turns out to be a targeted effort of Rice, to portray

the communist block as a slowly but gradually disunited, and full

of political splits among the member countries.

Czechoslovakia was never a "weak link" of the communist bloc.

All who are trying to present her as such are simply lying.....

There are also notable disinformation presented by Rice regarding Alexei Cepicka, then Stalinist hard-line Czechoslovak Defense Minister and his

true role in these political purges and brutal communist oppression

during the Stalin era in Czechoslovakia.

It was, in fact, Cepicka who held the distinction of creating the closed interrogation sessions that would become infamous for their brutality.

Nevertheless, Cepicka may have been a compromise candidate. [7]

----

Cepicka oversaw this set of purges, but the governmental commission reviewing the cases 15 years later claimed that primary responsibility rested with Bedrich Reicin, the security services, and the international communist movement...(37)

[Rice's note # (37) : In fact the report goes to some length

to exonerate Cepicka, saying that he actually undid some

of the gross infringements that Reicin had instituted,

closing the "cottage" [ed. note - communist brutal

interrogation camp] and the forced labor camp at Mirov......[8]

3) Soviet military strategy and deception

From just reading this book what is the most notable is the fact that Rice

is totally misrepresenting the Soviet communist policy toward the Western

World. This cannot possibly be a coincidence or not enough expertise

on part of Rice.

There are simply way too many details that, based on her use of various

suspected or known communist cadres, agents and direct communist media sources, cannot be overlooked, and or accepted as valid analytical work.

This book is a serious attempt of Rice to mislead the American foreign

policy toward Russia and the communist camp, and about its true goals.

It is also designed to bring non-existent issues into the light and at the same

time cover up the true issues, namely that communists cannot be ever trusted

to become honest, based on their track record, use of various deceptive

methods, horrible criminal brutal tyrannical record of communism and

the use of just about any evil means available to achieve the final victory

over the free world.

Rice is not presenting these issues and moreover, she is only explaining

the Soviet deception and communist propaganda as valid, correct and

acceptable to American government and analysts as equal or perhaps

trustworthy in the coming future.

That is the true outcome from this book and nothing else.  Consider

the following gradual total misrepresentation of the Soviet communist

military doctrine by Rice:

During the Stalin era, The Soviet Union had been - in spite of the

birth of the atomic age - wedded to an emphasis on large conventional forces.

Soviet military strategists insisted that the "new weapons" would

be of little consequence and that the next war would be conventional, depending on large, well-prepared, effectively commanded ground forces.  [page 94-95]. [9]

Stalin and the Soviet High Command pursued development of Soviet strategic forces and the atomic bomb was added to the Soviet arsenal during that period. But the old military guard was suspicious and fearful of the "new warfare" and successfully stifled the voices of those who insisted upon Soviet nuclear preparedness.

This is an outrageous statement that has no historical merit !

Stalin generally didn't allow any criticism of his policies, but in reality,

there are several long-term policies, including the one regarding authorizing

the operation dealing with the influence of the Catholic Church [this began

as early as 1938 or even sooner], which Stalin's espionage services did pursue vigorously.

The question is:  Why wouldn't Stalin understand the obvious importance

of truly up-to-date and working nuclear war doctrine of the Soviet military,

at the time when the threat of the WW3 was imminent, and authorized such

an important long-term operation as the one dealing with the Vatican ? [10]

Page 95: After 1960 Khrushchev, now firmly in control, began

to reverse the trend. Emphasizing strategic racket forces at the expense of conventional might, he would eventually abolish the Ground Forces Command and reduce the number of Soviet ground forces.  [11]

Why should we believe that this evil communist regime of Russia [USSR]

would keep changing her military doctrine and structure of her forces the way, which in fact undermines the army's morale, when according to historical data

the military spending of the Soviet Union kept increasing steadily and

is still today on the rise ?

This misleading statement of Rice is again not coincidental.

And one more:

Page 96: ...as the Eastern Europeans began to prepare

for Soviet military operations, the doctrinal debate took another turn.

The embarrassment  of the Cuban missile crises, in which Khrushchev's inflated claims and reliance on nuclear blackmail were exposed, strengthened the argument  of those who insisted that the future of Soviet power lay in conventional capability.

Moreover, it appears that the Soviet military strategists finally reacted to the emerging NATO defense developments, in which the West emphasized conventional capability, and declared a general buildup of forces.  [12]

It appears that what we see here is exactly what the Russian communists

would like  America to swallow - this is a communist bloc that always

uses any means necessary to bring about the victory, and Condoleezza Rice, without ever questioning these "statements" is only promoting them

as true and fully acceptable for amending the United States long term

foreign policy regarding the Soviet Union !

The fact is that Khrushchev couldn't afford to fight the United States or even face

America's still vast nuclear potential at that time - so this is why president Kennedy

was assassinated by the KGB [this should be understood perfectly] to make certain

that no nuclear conflict comes with the United States as the defending initiator - but

as the presently fully infiltrated, demoralized and disarmed laughable "adversary"

of the Russian and Chinese communist bloc.....

Rice, by asserting these false and clearly misleading statements does in fact help

this Russian communist evil to succeed - and when we search her past [1978

"student" visit to Soviet Leningrad - as reported by Time Magazine in 2001], Rice's

deeds are always in parallel and fully aligned with Russian communist long-term

strategy.....

The next quote shows how Rice lies through her teethes ..... specially to protect the truth about the Soviet communist long-term plan to come out and be understood by the American people - what a Secretary of State !!!

Page 97:

Generally the view emerged that both kinds of forces were necessary and that they should be used in concert.

The Soviets, speaking only of retaliation, never of first strike, envisioned a retaliatory nuclear strike followed by airborne landings with ground forces.

The rapid advance of the ground forces and occupation of the territory of the enemy -  would be supported by massive air force operations. [13]

But what comes next is even more important.

This following in fact shows the extent of what chances is Condoleezza Rice

willing to take, where obviously all important and influential opposing

[correct] views were at that time [1984] already silenced. Again, without

the help of such agents of influence, as for example Aldrich Ames and

others, such clear Soviet communist deception wouldn't be able to succeed.

Page 97:

The Czechoslovaks found subsequent refinements of the new Soviet

combined-forces doctrine unsettling. The most disturbing tenets were apparent readings that the Soviets were considering the possibility of "limited warfare". The Czechoslovaks had assumed that Khrushchev's promise to "defend the territory of Czechoslovakia.....as if it were our own" was immutable.

It has been argued that the appearance in 1962 and 1963 of authoritative statements of Soviet Doctrine by Marshal V. D. Sokolovsky was the catalyst for the Czechoslovak fears. Indeed though the volumes state repeatedly that war in Europe could not be limited, there are ambiguous references that might have troubled the Czechoslovaks, dependent on the Soviet nuclear umbrella.

Page 98:

[For example, these volume caution] that Warsaw Pact strategists should prepare for the possibility of a protracted war.

[The] overwhelming conclusion is that limited war would escalate

to world war.  It is therefore difficult to see why the Sokolovsky

volume taken alone would have caused such an uproar.

One intriguing explanation is that "limited war" discussions and perhaps preparations were more wide-spread within the socialist community, especially after Khrushchev's ouster in 1964, than the public record would indicate.

The Czechoslovaks could have been reacting to what they viewed as disturbing trends in Soviet thought. After all, the Soviets, trying to undermine Western confidence in "flexible response" had every reason to curtail discussion of "limited war" options for the Soviet armed forces.

Whatever the case, the ambiguity surrounding Soviet doctrine in the period fueled Czechoslovak fears that their territory could become a theater of war. This led, in turn, to questions about the indivisibility of Czech and Soviet interests. Estimates of casualties of 60 to 70 percent on the southwestern front in a European war seemed to the Czechoslovaks to justify their concern.   [14]

What you see here, dear reader, is a serious attempt of Rice to portray this

clearly nonexistent and totally impossible to happen situation within

the Soviet Bloc as a sort of split between the Soviet Union and Czechoslovakia.

This is a serious lie - not only Russians were and are today giving orders - they don't tolerate any independent and contrary decisions or potential "splits" - such possibility is simply out of a question - it cannot and will not ever happen....

To prove this is very easy - the 1996 U.S. Congressional testimony

of Czechoslovak General Jan Sejna:

To understand the events of interest today, it is essential to understand that back then the main mission  [ed. not - this policy hasn't changed, it only went undercover....] of all organizations in the Soviet empire was to destroy democracy and bring people everywhere under the yoke of Communism.

Two wars dominated our planning.

First, there was General nuclear war, which was the responsibility of the military.

Even civilian construction projects had to be approved by the Defense Council to

make certain they all contributed to the war effort.

Second, there was the political and intelligence wars, the world revolutionary war, as it was originally called. This war was also waged according to a very detailed and complex strategic plan.

This war involved infiltration of the government and press, sabotage, subversion, deception, narcotics trafficking, organized crime, terrorism, compromise of political and business leaders, and many other activities, all designed to destroy competing social systems.

The primary targets were all industrialized countries and the most important enemy was the United States.

I want to point out that in these and other activities,
the Soviets ruled their empire with

an iron hand.

All directions and controls came from Moscow.

People undertook independent actions at their own risk, and the penalties were without any regard for human rights or dignity.

I know, because I was there.

So the obvious question is - whom should we believe - the highest

ranking defector [ever] from the Russian communist bloc or a woman,

who could have a serious, racially motivated hate towards America.....

as Rice, based on her pro-Russian pro-communist deeds and lies

dispatches America into a serious catastrophic survival trouble ?

It is a known fact that Rice's three female 9 years old friends were killed

in a KKK organized bombing in Birmingham where Rice was growing up

in racially segregated Alabama's society - and it was the KGB strategy to

exploit such minorities to betray America and to employ such hate to

work for the communist cause - and again, the essential role of

Czechoslovak high ranking diplomat Josef Korbel [father of Madeleine

Albright aka Anna Marie Korbel] in Rice's political life must not be set

aside....special consideration should be given to Korbel's primary role in

orchestrating a 1943 agreement between then democratic Czechoslovakia

and Stalin, which horrible agreement of "friendship and cooperation" for 20 years brought Czechoslovakia into the communist camp and enslaved

millions.....

It was also Korbel, mentor of Rice, while presenting himself as a "defector

from communism" who promoted vigorously America's detente [during

the 1970s - Korbel died in 1978 we are told] with the Soviet communist

criminals AFTER Korbel's native Czechoslovakia was overrun by Red

Army tanks in 1968....

What a KGB prominent asset infiltrated inside the American society - and

2 of his pupils as U.S. Secretaries of State - controlling America's foreign

policy towards world communism !

No wonder we call these Moscow commie criminals our "strategic partners" today !

It is clear that where the teacher's [Korbel] steps lead, so the pupil [Rice] is also .....

Part 2 of this analysis will deal with the year 1968, which was not a genuine "democratization" of communism, but a clear rehearsal for the today Perestroika fraud.

Rice is trying very hard to make it look like a spontaneous situation that "just developed" inside the Soviet Bloc. This in fact shows a clear intent, this cannot possibly be her incompetence of any kind.

Nobody in his right mind could believe that these Russian communist criminals

would knowingly allow to develop a disunity within their own communist evil bloc, which they have always controlled with iron hand !

Page 98:

These disintegrative tendencies were exacerbated by other factors as well. First, many Czechoslovak military strategists were beginning to express negative attitudes toward the unquestioning acceptance of Soviet military doctrine.

---

New opinions on the disadvantages of the weapons race between

the Soviet Union and the United States began to surface, and it was apparently suggested that the international superpowers shared certain objectives that excluded their smaller allies.

---

This categorical rejection of the absolute and immutable common interests of socialist states was a radical departure that would fuel doctrinal deviations during the 1968 crisis. Second, attitudes seemed

to have changed about the ability of the Soviet Union to fully protect

its allies from Western aggression.

This truly shows how Rice wants us to "view" the communist bloc,

which always has been under the rigid control of the Soviet Union

and no departures from any kind of policy and doctrine were permitted.

People were in fact shot for treason for far lesser offenses.

Rice in fact is not even willing to cast a doubt on such obvious communist deception, which according to her later in the book assertions about

General Jan Sejna and the year 1968, shows her intentions, as this is not an incompetence. Rice is also trying to "explain" the "true reasons" why

the 1968 Soviet intervention and occupation of Czechoslovakia occurred.

One has to ask whom this clear misrepresentation of historical facts

by Rice [and her sources] serves the most ?

Page 99:

Josef Hodic, a former military scientist, has stated that the 1962 Cuban missile crisis and the U.S. effort in Indochina caused serious doubts within Czechoslovakia that the Soviet Union could meet the enemy's advance.

----

One obvious strategy for Czechoslovakia was to pursue European detente. Clearly, the Czechoslovaks were entertaining questions that were emerging within the Western alliance. The realization that the small states of both camps shared certain concerns and certain dangers

led to a nascent reassessment of Czechoslovak policies toward

Western Europe.

In particular, Czechoslovakia flirted with the formation of military doctrine on the basis of geostrategic principles rather than class analysis.  [15]

This is an outrageous lie !

There was never any such serious thought present in any communist military doctrine. Russians would never allow it ! The people who were during

the later part of 1960s "promoting" such a doctrine had the only possible

chance to do so if this was a deliberate Russian deception. If there would

be such a case of disunity within the communist camp, it would have

never been allowed to be advertised and publicized by anybody.

Any genuine disunity within the bloc was [is] punishable by death !

Page 100 gives this clear Soviet [Russian] communist deception even

clearer image. The source of Rice is again communist agent Josef Hodic :

The impending split between the CLA [ed. note - Czechoslovak People's Army - the real name is CSLA] and the Soviet Union worsened over the question of stationing [Soviet] troops on Czechoslovak soil. The Soviets made several overtures about the stationing of troops. One of them involved nuclear weapons and a so called upgrading of Czechoslovakia's defenses.

Reputedly, sometime around 1960, the Soviets approached the Czechoslovak leadership about "upgrading" the nuclear forces already on Czechoslovak territory. The nature of the "upgrade" is not known

but Czechs were sensitive to the stationing of Soviet troops who would receive warheads.

Initially, the Czechoslovaks were unwilling to allow Soviet forces on Czechoslovak territory.  As a result, tactical nuclear delivery vehicles were unarmed. This was in contrast to the situation in Poland

and East Germany, where arrangements were made for the stationing of warheads. [16]

These lies which Rice proclaims as the truth show clearly what the Russians want us to believe....Condoleezza Rice is the bad apple which should be thoroughly investigated and brought up on charges of high treason - for serving the Russian communist evil cause......

Czechoslovakia or any other Soviet satellite had NEVER any choice and couldn't

just simply voice any opposing opinion. Such opinions were not tolerated, people

who would dare to publicly express them were to be replaced and punished

severely.

The Russian communist bloc was never to become disunited [except such a lie would be spread as an intended publicly spread deception, according to the old Chinese military strategy Sun Tzu - to fake weakness in order to fool the enemy], for the communists know very well that their criminal tyrannical state run enterprise would be destroyed from within before it could have reached

the most desired and never changing goal - the World domination of communism.

And yet another deceptive assertion from Rice which shows her evil fruits....:

Page 100:

According to Hodic, the discussion went on for several years.

The Poles and East Germans joined in the chorus of objections to Czechoslovakia's attitude, stating that "Czechoslovakia's refusal to agree to the deployment of appropriate Soviet troops, especially on missile formations, was endangering not just Czechoslovakia but the entire Southern flank of the central front and compromising the territories of the GDR [East Germany] and Poland."

I want to point out, as Gen. Sejna shows in the already mentioned section of his 1996 Congressional testimony [and as it is also clear to all of us who lived under communist tyranny], that what Rice is saying about the "Czechoslovak refusal to Russian orders to deploy Red Army troops in Czechoslovakia" ..was never the case - and such lie and clearly KGB Russian deception shows that Rice is fully capable of serving her masters.....

No sane person would believe that Moscow would ever tolerate any refusal of such military deployment from any of Russia's communist satellites - people who would dare to refuse anything, and most of all such important orders from the Kremlin, wouldn't live for another hour - they would be taken to the back yard and shot promptly without a trail....

Rice wants us to believe that Russian communist criminals would [ever] allow any kind of discussion in such important or even less important matters of communist strategy and planning.....

It is easy though, to people who have never lived under communism, to fall for such lies and to accept what Rice and her Kremlin friends want Americans to believe.......

The next quote shows that Rice want us to continue to accept her

"blind trust" in this obvious communist deception - which part of the Soviet directive, which she claimed before the Czechs "opposed", and it is now,

later on, "all of a sudden" a "compromise solution".....

Page 101:

The compromise solution, by which units were assigned to the Strategic Rocket Forces Command, not to the Warsaw Pact or Czechoslovak command, was thus concluded. Nevertheless, the Warsaw Pact command and the reborn Ground Forces Command continued to prefer the stationing of ground forces....

-----

The deleterious effects of these tensions were increasingly

apparent in Warsaw Pact affairs: a "mini-coalition" formed between

the Czechoslovaks, the renegade Romanians, and, on some issues the Hungarians. On the other side of issues stood the Soviet Union, the GDR, the Poles, and the Bulgarians.

The dissatisfaction was apparent when in July 1966, the "three"

began to push for greater rights of codetermination in planning

and implementation of common coalition policy.

The source of this obvious communist deception is again Czechoslovak communist agent Josef Hodic.

So we are to believe that such disunity really existed within the Soviet Bloc

and that what came later, namely the 1968 crisis, was also part of this

"disunity", and most of all, we are to "learn" through these "genuine assertions"

of Rice and her "genuine honest sources", that there was a real weakness

within the Soviet Bloc and that communists, historically speaking, do allow

for such weakness to appear.

Conclusion

It is difficult to imagine that what we see here could possibly be only

incompetence on part of Condoleezza Rice. Several other factors and

even recent deeds of Rice only support the obvious analysis of this

important book - it is meant to mislead U.S. analysts into thinking

that communist countries could have a serious doctrinal disagreements,

and that what follows later, the Perestroika Russian fraud, is only

the fruit of such "disagreements" inside the Soviet communist bloc.

This in fact is a treasonous act enabling the enemies of America to bring

about the most successful to date strategy of "collapse of communism",

and to get America within the frame of such an enemy communists

don't have to fear anymore.

The Part 2 of this important analysis will deal with the serious attempt

of Rice to discredit one of the best sources of inside information coming

from the Soviet Bloc - Czechoslovak General Jan Sejna. His first-hand

knowledge of the Soviet long-term policy toward America and the West

plays the role in what Rice is telling us about Sejna.

The facts speak for themselves.

There are people who mean us ill and we employ people like

Condoleezza Rice, who's Soviet Union "exchange student" visit in 1978  [the link

(Time on-line) has been lately disabled (on and off) since it says the following:

This is not included in her official biography, and as she always claims that

Russia [run by Russian communist criminals -ed. note] is our strategic

partner in the war on terror, we have to seriously question her ideology

and life's philosophy, or perhaps only her own "Sovietologist expertise".

I hope and pray that this woman is one day brought to justice for what

she has caused to America so far, and no doubt for what she will continue

to cause in the near future.

History itself cannot be calm and tolerant to people who value their

own private agenda [which we are not to question nor analyze here

in any way - the deeds, not the motives, are of importance] and who

are willing to bring such evil upon their own country.

God will judge those who betray and who willingly set others

on the wrong path which will lead them only to horrors of nuclear war

and to the unimaginable suffering.

Notes:

[1] Page 32:

In November 1940 Benes was already speaking of the necessity of an eventual alliance with the USSR. After Barbarossa [ed. note - German operation to invade the USSR], the Czechoslovak government in exile [ed. note - this would be the responsibility of the Korbel's Foreign Ministry] issued declaration that in alliance with the Soviet Union it would seek to once and for all render Germany harmless.

Rice is quoting Korbel's own book - but Korbel, Pavel Kavan and Jan Masaryk were

the ones responsible for this fiasco pro-Stalin policy, and they had to sell it to

already weak president Benes. There was also an allegation that Benes might've

been compromised and recruited by the Russians, but that still doesn't absolve

Korbel & company from their responsibility for such a disastrous pro-communist policy.

[2] Josef Korbel - 20th Century Czechoslovakia: The meaning of Its History

[New York: Columbia University Press 1977]

[3] The year 1945 is wrong. The massacre was done not by the Germans

but by the Russians themselves in 1940, after Russian-German secret pact [Ribbentrop - Molotov Pact], which split Poland in half between the Nazi Germany

and Stalin's Russia, one part occupied by the Nazis and the other by the Russian communists.

Rice on page 39 affirms her clearly and purposely misleading assertion:

"Unlike the Polish counterparts, Czechoslovak forces did not engage

in an all out war with Germany in 1939 and avoided the heavy casualties

that decimated Polish forces. There had also been no experience

comparable to the Katyn massacre."

[Ed. note: This is clear, Rice doesn't explain that it wasn't the Germans

but the Russians themselves who rounded up these almost 15 thousand

(and not 8 thousand as Rice claims) Polish officers, and the

CIA source material confirms clearly what had to be known to Rice,

and not only through her mentor Korbel:

"During April-May 1940, the Polish prisoners were moved from their internment camps and taken to three execution sites. The place most identified with the Soviet atrocity is Katyn Forest, located 12 miles

west of Smolensk, Russia. For years historians assumed that the grounds

of an NKVD rest and recreation facility were both an execution and burial

site for nearly a fifth of the unfortunate Poles who found themselves in Soviet captivity.

Post-Cold War revelations, however, suggest that the victims were shot

in the basement of the NKVD headquarters in Smolensk and at an

abattoir in the same city, although some may have been executed

at a site in the forest itself. In any event, the Katyn Forest is--and

will probably long remain--the main symbol of the atrocity, even if it

was not the actual killing field."

---

In all, the NKVD eliminated almost half the Polish officer corps--part of Stalin's long-range effort to prevent the resurgence of an independent Poland."

---

"Katyn created a big echo in the United States. Dozens of books

have been written on the subject--the Library of Congress has

catalogued 19 new ones since 1975--and several Web sites on

the Internet are devoted to it."

This shows clearly that Rice is covering up for these Russian atrocities

and, based on the above quotes, clearly points toward the Germans,

who in this case, though having already a bad name, had nothing

to do with it.

Rice wrote her book in 1984, and according to this above

CIA documentation such historical data regarding the true culprits

of these mass murders, the Stalin's Soviet NKVD, had to be known

to Rice - and of course, as stated above, Rice's mentor and great inspiration

Josef Korbel, as high level Czechoslovak diplomat, had to know about these

facts long before Rice's book was written.... In fact, if this was an isolated

mistake on part of Rice, one would allow himself to consider it as such,

but based on many other similar "mistakes" throughout this book, it is

no longer probable nor possible for us to even remotely venture such possibility.....

[4] The source of this lie is again Josef Korbel:

The Communist subversion of Czechoslovakia, 1938-1948,

The Failure of coexistence (Princeton University Press, 1959).

It is a historical fact that it was the communists who were mostly penetrated

by Nazi spies and informers, several Communist Party Central and Acting

Committee groups were uncovered and destroyed by the Nazis.

Rice doesn't bother to mention the true Czech resistance group named Sokol,

which was far better organized than the communists and was much more

successful in sabotage against the Nazis. As the Rice's source Josef Korbel

again proves to us, his pro-communist orientation in such misleading historical statements is not a coincidence....

[5] Rice's only source is the book written by Czechoslovak communist general and later in 1968 Czechoslovak communist president Ludvik Svoboda: "From Buzuluk to Prague" [Nase Vojsko (Our Military) Publication, Prague 1970]

[6] The source: Communist high level official and later "defector"

Jiri Pelikan "The Czechoslovak Political Trials" (Vienna: Europa Verlag, 1970)

- of course, when Pelikan, a suspected long term KGB asset inside

the Italian Parliament, would tell "the truth" about this Stalinist era

in Czechoslovakia - by again asserting that this unsecured border

is a true fact - "of course" we are to believe Rice's communist sources

that there was some kind of "weakness" within the communist block,

which claim is in reality clearly absurd when we talk about Stalinist

Czechoslovakia, one of the main allies ever of the USSR .....the borders

were protected, people were shot escaping, communists even set up

phony border crossing guiding groups and "German" villages, in order

to catch most of the anti-communist defectors. This operation was

very successful and many opponents of communism were caught....

[7] page 66 - by asserting that Cepicka was somewhat "a compromise candidate"

Rice wants us to accept that "there were" even worse candidates. This of

course is not the truth. Cepicka was only forced out thanks to General Jan Sejna,

who has spoken out about Cepicka's Stalinist methods. It was through Sejna

and also thanks to Khrushchev's new policy that Cepicka had to leave.

Rice is slowly preparing for attacking General Sejna later on in her book - so

again this is not a coincidence !

[8] This is an outrageous communist lie !

The source of this obvious disinformation is again the communist Jiri Pelikan.

Prison Mirov was never closed down ! Also, Bedrich Reicin, who was at

that time during the Cepicka era responsible for counter-espionage within

the Czechoslovak military, was of course subordinate to Cepicka, and

Cepicka was in fact giving orders and go-ahead for the purges.

It is also convenient that this 15 years later communist report would use

the name of Reicin, who at that time was already executed by the same

political purges which he has supposedly by his authority started.

It is also important to note, and Rice does that on another page,

that Cepicka was in fact son-in-law of Klement Gottwald !!!

As it will be presented later on in Part 2, this "true" assertion of Rice

is not a coincidence, but again a targeted ploy to discredit one

of the best sources of information and the highest level ever

defector from the Soviet communist bloc, Czechoslovak General

Jan Sejna.

[9] Page 95. This obvious Soviet disinformation is supposedly supported,

according to Rice, by the "criticism" of Stalin's doctrine by Soviet Generals

S. N. Kozlov and M. V. Smyrnov. [About Soviet Military Teaching, Moscow 1964].

Rice remarks:

Note 15, Chapter 4: This traditional view of Stalin's failure to realize

the importance of the atomic age is supported by Soviet criticism.

----

Stalin's policies did include efforts to build the bomb, though

he may never fully understood its significance.

See David Halloway's balanced assessment of Stalin's

nuclear policies in The Soviet Union and the Arms Race

[New Haven: Yale University Press, 1983 - pp. 15-28].

The problem with this kind of "understanding" is that during the same year [1964] Russians came out with their nuclear war doctrine [Colonel General P. Ivashutin

- 08 - 28 - 1964], which confirms the obvious - the triumph of communism cannot

be achieved unless any possible means are contemplated and used.

To believe that Stalin, who had access, thanks to the Rosenberg traitors, to the American nuclear research, that Stalin was not really interested or "didn't

understand" the significance of the bomb for the victory of communism and

for the defeat of the hated American imperialists, is like believing that

the devil doesn't want to destroy our soul through all the means he has....

Also, David Halloway's "expertise" can be easily demonstrated by his

appearance [with Rice] on The Hoover Institute TV program [2000].

Halloway's "understanding" of communist deception is simply deplorable.

Why should we trust these "sources of truth" and such "honest analysis"

when these "experts" disregard or even try to smear the true sources

of important information, like for example KGB defector Maj. Anatoliy Golitsyn, Czechoslovak General Jan Sejna [we will discuss Rice's "opinion" of Sejna

further on in section 2 of this analysis] and or Romanian Communist Espionage

chief General Ion Mihai Pacepa...?

[10] See for example the book by Jesuit priest Fr. Walter J. Ciszek, S.J.

"With God in Russia" [The American Press, 1964] as he has spent 23 years

in Soviet Gulags. His story is of great importance because it shows that

he was held in interrogation by the NKVD [predecessor of the KGB] in Moscow

for 3 years. His interrogators were extremely interested in any personal

information about the Vatican hierarchy. This shows that the long term

infiltration of various anti-communist groups, including the Church,

was of extreme importance to Stalin and his security services.

More about this Soviet operation to subvert the Catholic Church

in this analysis.

The 1933 Soviet communist long-term strategy reaffirming statement

of Dimitriy Manuilski is also of great important because it shows clearly

that Stalin was in fact pursuing this long-term communist policy,

as sometimes is only attributed to Khrushchev [who was also at the same time

craft-fully "ridiculed" - to make sure that his era is not taken seriously.

What Rice and her group of "experts" suggests about the Soviet policy,

in regards to the most important aspect of the victory of communism around

the World - their nuclear armament policy and doctrine, is again a carefully

crafted deceptive ploy, which we can easily attribute, based on what

she writes in this book, to either Rice directly, or to Rice through her

"anti-communist" mentor Josef Korbel.

These are again not coincidences but serious attempts to mislead

America's foreign policy toward communism in general, and toward

the Soviet Union and later Russia....

The bottom line is that it simply doesn't make sense why we should believe

that Stalin wouldn't pursue nor understand the most important military

aspect of the communist doctrine, which is the vast armament of the

entire communist bloc with advanced nuclear weapons, at the same time

when Stalin and his henchmen were actively seeking to infiltrate the Church

and subvert to communism just about any country in the World.....

[11] The source of this information is again the discredited senior fellow at the Institute for International Studies by the Stanford University David Halloway

[The Soviet Union and the Arms Race - New Haven: Yale University Press, 1983.]

[12] This should be obvious to everybody who reads this analysis.

There is simply no historical data available and it never occurred in history

of communism that communists themselves would knowingly lower

or changed their military doctrine to their disadvantage as Rice is trying

to portray here. This shows clearly the overall intent of this book.

It was published in 1984, while the leader of the Soviet Union was still

Konstantin Chernenko.

There is no doubt that in order to prepare the success of the Perestroika fraud,

such "studies" had to be done in advance to make sure that the West becomes

blind and accepts Perestroika in time, and at the same time, through such

influence as Rice has today, no honest analysis is done and accepted.

There is of course another supporting fact, which must not be overlooked:

The CIA Counter-Intelligence section was already run by Soviet mole

Aldrich Ames. If people like James J. Angleton [the previous CIA

Counter-Intelligence Chief] was still in this important position,

Perestroika, and of course this book of Condoleezza Rice wouldn't

have a chance.....

[13] The source of this Soviet deception is Marshal V. D. Sokolovsky

[Military Strategy - New York: Crane, Russak and Co., 1975].

Rice says about Sokolovsky:

Marshal V. D. Sokolovsky was one of the most influential

strategists and his group discussed combined-arms operations doctrine.

What we should find fascinating is the obvious acceptance and also,

most importantly promotion of such a direct communist lie by Rice.

[14] These are Rice "assumptions", only the statistical data comes from Johnson,

Dean and Alexiev [East European Military Establishments: The Warsaw Pact

Northern Tier (Santa Monica, 1980, Rand Corporation)]

[15] Rice's note #36:

Josef Hodic, "Military-Political Views Prevalent in the Czechoslovak Army: 1948-1968" in Zdenek Mlynar, ed. "The Experience of the Prague Spring" (Vienna: Katz, 1979 - p. 13).

This "truth telling" source of Rice Josef Hodic:

Born 02-22-1924, communist agent [STB Czechoslovak Secret Police],

registered with the STB Headquarters [Prague], intelligence assignment

class - Agent, code name Dvorak, STB file # 2710.

Josef Hodic was a communist military officer [military intelligence ZS]

and worked as military historian: Les Conceptions de la politique militaire

dans l'armee Tchecoslovaque de 1948 a 1968 /Josef Hodic/

["Military-Political Views Prevalent in the Czechoslovak Army: 1948-1968"].

Hodic worked closely with Zdenek Mlynar, who studied communist law during

the 1950s in Moscow in the same class as Mikhail Gorbachov. Mlynar was

secretary of the Czechoslovak Communist Party during the 1968 [KGB asset]

Dubcek's Prague Spring era. Mlynar's family background comes allegedly

from the Soviet Russia ! Hodic and Mlynar both signed Charter 77

proclamation in 1977 and were subsequently "let go" from

Czechoslovakia to Austria. According to his own words Hodic served

as a secretary for Zdenek Mlynar in Austria. No specific data is available.

Mlynar's connection to Gorbachov and Perestroika shows how these circles

present themselves as "anti-communists" to satisfy the Perestroika

deception and how these cadres spare no energy to prevent this fraud

from becoming public. Josef Hodic, in the beginning of 1980, came back

to communist Czechoslovakia [his orders were to return obviously],

with no persecution from the communist regime, and allegedly stated

publicly on Czech communist controlled national TV that:

"...he [Hodic] decided to return back to Czechoslovakia because

the so called political immigrants are only bunch of sell-outs

and bad people, who are working as paid operatives of western intelligence services and that he, Hodic, doesn't want anything

to do with such bunch of criminals and political careerists."

This kind of statement serves only the Perestroika communist scheme

as the strategists rightly assumed that the people will take this the opposite

way - the desired psychological effect of such statement serves the communist deception - as the secret services know very well that when they purposely

"uncover" one agent [Hodic] and he "tells the truth" about the political

defectors abroad [like the "defector" Mlynar and some of his leadership

of the Charter 77 group], people would think that these "defectors" are

genuine anti-communist heroes and the West no doubt will accept the same.

For Rice to use such a "source" in her 1984 book is something that

again cannot be taken as coincidence, specially when such "true expertise"

of Hodic is shown and not explained by Rice.

[16] Are we to believe here that when the Soviets were able

to install their nuclear weapons in Poland and Germany, they were

unable to succeed to install these nuclear ICBMs in Czechoslovakia ?

I remember very well that the Red Army and Czechoslovak

communist military had several divisions equipped with nuclear

missiles and pointed them at Western Europe - this was a

public knowledge - and also the CIA and DIA had to have such

intelligence data available - how is it possible that such lie of Rice

is even accepted ?

Not only this has never been the case, and the source of this communist

deception is again communist agent Josef Hodic, but it doesn't even make

sense when we talk about the communist military strategy.

Czechoslovakia was the front country, there were nuclear weapons installed in

Czechoslovakia as far as memory can gather, so why should we accept what Rice is

asserting here as genuine - again, this is suppose to tell us that a doctrinal split

among the communists is possible.....which is a total illusion !

Rice's book was published in 1984 - so the stage had to be set for

the Perestroika Fraud and the "collapse of communism". One would

hardly accept it if Rice, and others like her, claimed that the Russians

ruled their communist bloc with an iron hand [which was and still

is the case !] - but she is silent about communist deception and points

the naive American people to blindly accept the Russian lies as the truth

- a Russian run nuclear WW3 will show such treason in full colors, but then,

after millions are murdered and the remnant enslaved in Russian Gulags,

it'll be too late to ask Rice why she lied.....and why she did mislead her country

into trusting these Russian communist criminals.....
